Applying Effects To Your Text
Underneath the text box, is a line of symbols that are buttons, the first two buttons change the color and font. The remaining buttons give you additional options for editing your text

(1)Distort Option
This option gives you several options for changing the shape of your text, like arching it.

(2)Alignment And Sizing Options
This option allows you to align text, and dictate text size.

(3)Stroke Options
This option allows you to put a single or double colored outline around your text.

(4)Rotate Options
This option allows rotate your text.

(5)Shadow Options
This option allows to add a colored shadow to your text, once window opens just keep clicking the desired shadow option for desired shadow effect

(6)Flip Option
This option flips your text, used more for images, rarely on text.

(7)Mirror Option
This option mirrors your text, used more for images, rarely on text.

(8)Layer Up
Each element you add to your design is a layer, this option allows you to bring a layer up, for example if your text was behind an image, clicking layer up would bring your text in front of the image.

(9)Layer Down
Allows you to push a layer in back of another.

(10)Toggle Resize
Turns the dotted line and handles used for resize, on or off.

(11)Duplicate Item
Allows you to duplicate the text line, the duplicate will have its own edit box.

(12)Remove Item
Removes element from design.
