Tips for Ordering Our One Day Banners
In order to receive your custom banner next day, use these tips when ordering.
- Make sure your images are print ready. – When sending us your images be sure to submit good quality images. This means they should be at least 150 DPI. Submitting subpar artwork can delay same day banner printing, unless you sign off on the results.
- Call us at 888-849-2749 to place your order – The sooner your order is placed the sooner we can get your custom banner into production, this is why it is better to call us and place your order. You can use the submission form below, but call us right after submitting so we can be right on top of your order and get started promptly on getting it designed and and your approval so we can get it into production ASAP.
- Please be attentive to the proofing process – The faster we are able to get your proof approved. the faster your banner will go into production.

Quality Vinyl Banner Construction –
We offer Quality Custom Banners for $250 per square foot. Our banners feature U.V. resistant inks on rugged 13-ounce scrim material which consist of two PVC layers with a layer of polyester scrim mesh in the middle. This means you receive cheap banners without sacrificing quality. The scrim mesh aids in strengthening the vinyl banner making it less susceptible to tearing. Our edges come hemmed and welded with grommets installed approximately every two foot as the standard finishing option. Our Vinyl banners are well suited for use on billboards, building wraps, in trade show signage, parades, sporting events or any other application where durable, low cost and versatile signage is needed.
Single or Double Sided Custom Banners –
We offer both single and double-sided banner options, for our double-sided vinyl banners, we use heavy duty 18-ounce PVC material optimal display of text and graphics without light affecting the print. A double sided banner printing allows you to have a different design on each side of the banner if needed, doubling the exposure of your message. Pricing for two sided is the same as two single-sided banners. Unfortunately, Double Sided Banners do not qualify for Standard overnight Shipping. Standard Hem and Grommet with reinforced corner-
Reinforced Corners
Reinforced Corners Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. This option has the standard hem and grommet with reinforced diagonal stitching in each corner of the custom banner.
Standard Hem and Grommet with 1” webbing–
Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. This option has the standard hem and grommet with a 1” cross-stitched nylon strip sewn into the hem. This webbing increases the overall tensile strength of the hems.
Hemmed with webbing and D-Rings –
Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. Hemmed with a 1” cross-stitched nylon strip sewn into the vinyl banner hem. The D-Ring and webbing ensure that in extreme weather the entire sign moves and the corners do not take all the stress.
Standard Hem and Velcro-
Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. This option is most often used when displaying a against a flat surface that has nothing to tie to, or you are unable to use fasteners that may damage the surface. Velcro offers a nice clean custom banner display option.
Standard Hem w/ Rope Sewn in Hem –
Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. This option features 3/16” or 1/2” rope sewn into the hem and extending out from the sides allowing the custom banner to be tied off between two points. This also provides strength as it spreads wind forces over the length of the vinyl sign.
Pole Pockets –
Upgrade Charge Applies / Does not Qualify for Standard Overnight Shipping. This custom banner finishing option allows for a pole or wood dowel to be installed. Used for hanging a banner, or displaying on a street or light pole with hardware. Special consideration should be taken when designing. *
*The following measurements apply for each pole size- 2″ pole pocket accommodates 1″ diameter pole and under / 3″ pole pocket accommodates 1.5″ diameter pole and under / 4″ pole pocket accommodates 2″ diameter pole and under. Your design should be 2″, 3″ or 4″ from the edge of the banner on the pole pocket side. Depending on what sized pole pocket you order. We offer the option of cutting wind slits in your vinyl banner, but recommend that you use a Mesh Banner instead if wind is a concern. Wind slits offer minimum benefit and can obstruct your design.

While Vinyl Banners offer a cheap advertising option that makes then one of the most popular sign options, they do create a problem when they are no longer needed. Because of how well they resist the elements, vinyl/PVC products do not breakdown well when sent to landfills.

To ease the pressure vinyl banners put on landfills, some creative individuals have found ways to re-use or “Upcycle’ banners when they have served their advertising purpose. Also known as creative reuse, this is the process of converting by-products, waste materials, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products instead of sending them to our landfills.
